AH Surveyors have 30 years experience in surveying residential and commercial properties.
The major purpose of a survey is to bring to the attention of the purchaser any defects that may cause additional expenditure to the prospective purchaser. Potential long term liabilities and maintenance matters will also be identified.
Our surveys are based on a visual inspection of the premises and our reports include description of the building, discussion on construction, and defects that are present. If defects are identified budget costings are provided for any necessary remedial work.
We have surveyed a wide range of buildings from Grade II listed residential properties, commercial office space, industrial space, schools and community buildings.
Each survey is written specifically for the particular building, the report contains photographs and analysis. We are always prepared to discuss any aspects of the report with the purchaser on completion of the report.
We will provide a written quotation prior to undertaking the survey.
